Get Your Ducks, Win Big Bucks!
Join us on Saturday June 6th at American Legion Lake for the Gleaning For The World Rubber Duck Pluck. Every duck puchased give you the chance of winning fabulous prizes including the First Place Prize of $2500!
The fun begins at 11:00am, stop by and enjoy local eats from our favorite food trucks, carnival style games a kid’s zone and local vendors. Entries into the Gleaning Duck Pluck are $10 each but the event is free.
Where do the proceeds go?
Proceeds from the rubber duck pluck will go towards our Helping Our Neighbors program. Helping Our Neighbor is directly focused on serving the very populations most in need of assistance: the hungry, the homeless, vulnerable youth, struggling families, isolated seniors, and veterans who often fall outside of the safety net. Our “Helping Our Neighbors” serves communities throughout Central & SW Virginia.
